Firstly we’ll ask you to tell us more about your business, vision and design goals via email. Once we’ve decided that we’re a great match, you’ll be sent a design contract for you to sign as well as an invoice for a non-refundable deposit required to secure your project time slot.
The Design Process
WHY DO I NEED PRINTED MARKETING MATERIALS?
Sometimes print marketing can be more effective than online content in target marketing and reaching niche audiences. Studies show that our brains process print marketing differently from other media, meaning it leaves more of a significant imprint. Therefore, if you target a consumer through print they have more chance of registering your branding and recalling your adverts.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
We will firstly send an invoice for a non-refundable deposit before starting any design work. Once payment has been received on our end, we will proceed with the design process. Once all of the designs have been completed and you have confirmed that you are happy with everything, we will send another invoice for your final payment. After payment has been received, we will send you a WeTransfer link to download your files.
WHAT FILES WILL I RECEIVE?
You will receive all of your design files consisting of JPGs, PNGs, EPS, AI, INDD and PSD files in all of your brand colourways for print and online purposes (CMYK & RGB).
HOW SOON CAN WE START?
We always aim to respond to each new enquiry within a week and depending on response times, we aim to get started on your project within two weeks after enquiring.
WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Business/Loyalty Cards/Gift Vouchers - 3 to 5 working days.
Flyer/Leaflets/Poster/Price List - 5 to 7 working days.
Brochure/Magazine - 7 to 14 working days.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES?
We use a very trusted third-party printer for all of our print designs. A service charge will be added on top of the cost for your printed goods.
