WHY DO I NEED LOGO VARIATIONS?

You’ll most likely find your primary logo isn’t suitable for certain mediums and purposes. For example, the logo you use on Instagram will likely be different to the logo you use on your website or on printed products. This is usually due to the size or shape you require your logo to be. Each of your logo variations will be in a different layout/structure but will continue to carry your brand's colour palette and font pairings.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

We will firstly send an invoice for a non-refundable deposit before starting any design work. Once payment has been received on our end, we will proceed with the design process. Once all of the designs have been completed and you have confirmed that you are happy with everything, we will send another invoice for your final payment. After payment has been received, we will send you a WeTransfer link to download your files.

WHAT FILES WILL I RECEIVE?

You will receive all of your design files consisting of JPGs, PNGs, EPS, AI, INDD and PSD files in all of your brand colourways for print and online purposes (CMYK & RGB).

HOW SOON CAN WE START?

We always aim to respond to each new enquiry within a week and depending on response times, we aim to get started on your project within two weeks after enquiring.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES?

We use a very trusted third-party printer for all of our print designs. A service charge will be added on top of the cost for your printed goods.
